I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of Vancouver's H.A.V.E locations, which truly feels like a ray of sunshine in the heart of the Downtown Eastside. H.A.V.E, which stands for Hope, Action, Values, and Ethics, is the cornerstone of a unique culinary job training program that has significantly impacted the lives of many individuals and families in Vancouver.
